The world’s most famous t-shirt brand— sorry, skateboarding magazine, Thrasher, has joined forces with sportswear juggernaut Adidas Skateboarding to create a limited release of two best-sellers: the classic Superstar ADV and Tyshawn Jones’ pro model. The Adidas Superstar comes in an all-black colorway, interrupted only by a scarlet red tongue label that features branding of both collaborating parties. The Tyshawn’s grey colorway, on the other hand, stands in stark contrast to the Superstar. A relatively recent shoe, the Adidas Tyshawn has a distinctly modern design compared to its classic counterpart. It, too, features co-branding throughout, as well as a subtle red line accentuating the heel. In short, it’s a laid-back collaboration between two iconic brands, and if you’re a fan of either Adidas or Thrasher (or both), you sure don’t want to miss out.
