Go Skateboarding Day Goodie Hunt

Thanks to the fucking pandemic, we’re forced to cancel this year’s Jam of Mainhattan. We know, it’s a shame. But there’s a silver lining: as infection numbers dwindle and vaccination rates rise, we’re confident that in 2022, we will once again invite y’all to Germany’s Capital of Crime. In the meantime, however, we’d like to direct your attention to the Go Skateboarding Day Goodie Hunt: in cooperation with Shinner, a brand new social skateboarding app, Vans, and Solo Magazine, we’re handing out goodies for tricks. Instead of performing them in front of a large, intoxicated crowd, however, you’ve got to film your stuff yourself (or have your buddies do it). Our certified Bonkers skateboarding performance evaluation team will rate your tricks and hand out goodies according to your merits. And here’s how it works:

1. Download the Shinner app. It’s free.
2. Film your best tricks at these spots: Hauptwache, Tel-Aviv-Platz, and Campus Westend
3. Upload your videos to Shinner

And here’s what you stand to win:
The best trick at each spot gets a pair of Vans.
MVP of Frankfurt gets a shop goodie bag.
The most fun trick gets a Solo goodie bag.
