Grant Taylor's updated Blazer Low PRO GT

Grant Taylor, one of Nike SB’s most popular pros, just got an update to his classic Blazer Low GT. The Blazer Pro GT, as the new shoe’s called, keeps the iconic look of the original, but adds a thicker rubber sole and a reinforced ollie area. One of the more subtle changes pertains to the upper material, which was split into suede in the front and canvas in the back. The idea behind the unusual detail is that suede’s typically more robust and durable, while canvas tends to result in a lighter construction. The outsole and the Zoom Air insole stay the same, ‘cause what ain’t broken don’t need fixin’. There’s a catch, however: the green version you’re seeing here is a quickstrike, seeing as the standard Nike SB Zoom Blazer Pro GT is due in 2021.
