Fucking Awesome Dylan Tribute Pack

On October 12, 2016, the skateboarding community lost “one of the best to ever step on a skateboard” (The Skateboard Mag). In the days and weeks that followed, skateboarders across the globe mourned the death of Dylan Joseph Rieder. While having lost his final battle against leukemia, Dylan, during his lifetime, had not only achieved the status as one of the best and most stylish skateboarders ever to skate the earth, but also had succeeded in being a fashion model, a loving husband, and an admired human being. Now, Fucking Awesome has released a small capsule collection in memoriam of Dylan, dubbed the Dylan Rieder Tribute Pack, that prominently features the pro skater’s class photo on two decks (8,25" and 8,5"), longsleeve, t-shirt, and pin. There’s a twist, however: this time around, Dylan’s leather jacket was replaced with a white suit, making him look like a kid angel. It’s kind of a cliché but also really heartwarming, in weird way. At the very least, it pays tribute to one remarkable skateboarder that has left this earth way, way too soon.
