We ship with DHL and UPS. Shipping within Germany is €5 and free on orders over €70. We also ship to the EU and many other countries. Rates depend on the destination and start at €8, and most EU countries get free shipping from €100 to €150 order value. You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. Just send the goods to: Bonkers Shop, Sandgasse 4, 60311 Frankfurt am Main. You cover the return shipping. Once the goods are back with us, we refund the purchase price including standard shipping to your original payment method.
