If you’re familiar with Adidas Skateboarding’s pro team rider Dennis Busenitz (and you should if you’re not living on the dark side of the moon), you know that he’s one of the fastest skateboarders on the planet. Because one of his favorite activities seems to be hill-bombing the shit out of his hometown of San Francisco, we understand that in order to not fall off of his board and die, Dennis needs both friction and firm footing to survive. The Pure Boost sole meets both requirements, which is why we at Bonkers sincerely approve from both an aesthetic and athletic perspective. On another note, we’re not quite sure about the name’s implications, though. Does someone like Dennis really need anymore boost? If you do, feel free to grab your pair at our store or online upon release on January 15, 2016. In the meantime, we’re taking bets on what will be the next big thing in the skateboarding industry. Paint-by-numbers insoles, perhaps?
