If you’re at least remotely interested in skateboarding culture (and if you’re reading this blog, we suspect that you are), chances are you’ve heard about FTC. Short for “For the City,” FTC was founded way back in 1986 as a small clothing brand. In 1994, as skateboarding grew bigger and street skating became a thing, FTC opened its first store in San Francisco. Since its early days pushing the SF scene, FTC has become one of the world’s most respected brands slash skate shops, supporting skateboarders around the globe. Over the years, FTC has opened multiple flagship stores in Japan and even one in Barcelona. To honor their commitment to skateboarding culture and lifestyle, Nike SB just released a limited edition Blazer Mid in featuring FTC branding on the heel. The shoe is made from super soft premium suede and comes with a red swoosh on an white upper. It’s a pretty clean-looking shoe, and if you’re looking for some heat for your Spring wardrobe, we suggest you’ll give this one a shot. You can buy the Nike SB x FTC Blazer Mid from February 11 both online and at our store in Frankfurt.
