Blue-collar label Peels NYC - which we incidentally already carry at our store - teamed up with Vans to release a limited-edition Slip-On Pro, as well as some co-branded apparel. The Slip-On, equipped with Vans’ own UltraCush shock absorption sole and DuraCap anti-abrasion technology, features the Peels wordmark and rose embroidered on the heels, as well as an on-brand pin-striped shaft. Also, the crewneck and longsleeve feature a Peels and Vans branded, well, van. It’s a pretty laid-back collaboration, keeping it in line with Peels NYC’s boots-to-the-ground aesthetic. For the maximum workin’ man’s pleasure, get yourself a pair of Slip-Ons, a Peels mechanic shirt, and two cans of PBR.
