Just in time for their new collection (about which you can read here), Bronze 56k has released a new video, aptly named 56,000. The video’s aesthetic marks somewhat of a departure from the brand’s old art direction which featured plenty of PowerPoint-ish 3D-animations, sea punk and grainy, shaky-as-fuck VX footage. Since this shtick is not getting any younger (but actually grew pretty old pretty fucking quick), we’re happy to see that Bronze is taking a more sophisticated approach to editing skateboarding videos. Don’t worry, it’s still super fun to watch and you can see the Bronze irony virtually oozing from the screen – but it’s still multiple light years removed from what was pretty much the filmic equivalent of a bad acid trip.
