Last week, Converse CONS pleasantly surprised us with a truckload of new kicks: the popular CONS Breakpoint Pro and two versions of the legendary One Star. The Breakpoint Pro model is a classic tennis shoe updated for skateboarding purposes. It comes in two easy-going colorways – one black, one white – and features a suede upper, a one-piece toecap and a vulcanized wrap cup rubber outsole. The One Star comes in two versions: low-top and mid-top. The former features a suede upper and a leather application, the latter is made completely from leather (except for the sole, duh). Both versions feature a hidden coating beneath the leather application and the leather upper respectively, which become visible once you skate them. So you better learn to skate switch ‘cause asymmetry’s gonna make you look like a fool. The Breakpoint & One Stars are now available both in-store and online.
