Our favorite Aussie brand, Pass-Port Skateboards, just teamed up with Vans to introduce yet another ace re-imagining of the latter brand’s shoe heritage. This time, they dug deep into Vans’ history to excavate the almost prehistoric model Sid. Pass-Port is well-known for their hands-on approach to skateboarding, and this boots-on-the-ground attitude carries over to the Sid’s new design. Applying embossed bricks to the suede upper, the shoe features Pass-Port and an old-timey Vans insignia, as well as a branded tongue showing a roadworker on duty. Topping things off is a golden keychain and a shoe box dedicated to Pass-Port. Last but not least, the shoe comes with all the nice amenities that modern technology brings, including an UltraCush HD insole and a Pro Classic Waffle outsole.
