Rowan Zorilla is the sort of person that was born to be a Vans pro. First introduced to a wider audience in Propeller, Rowan’s skateboarding is as unapologetic as it is unpredictable. He’s the kind of skater that runs up a fifteen-stair, breaks his feet, goes into sports rehab, comes back, lands the trick, gets the footy, turns pro – all while you’re still deciding what cute doggie filter to use for your recent nose-picking story on Instagram. Also, Rowan just got his first pro model, the Rowan Pro (duh). As is the case with any Vans Pro, the shoe comes with DuraCap reinforcements. However, two new technologies are introduced with the Rowan Pro, namely the SickStick, a new compound developed for the outer sole that increases durability and grip as well as the shock-absorbent Pop Cush sock liner.
