Geoff Rowley, one of the most influential skateboarders ever, is getting a new limited edition pro model on Vans - the Rowley Rapidweld Pro LTD. Geoff’s skateboarding has inspired countless skaters across the globe ever since the late 90s. His video parts in Flip’s Sorry and Really Sorry still stand among the gnarliest skating ever put on film. Incidentally, Geoff Rowley also introduced many skaters to vulcanized shoes: back in the day, when the cup sole was the norm, Geoff convinced many of the flexibility and comfort of vulc soles. His new Rowley Rapidweld Pro LTD, naturally, comes with Vans’ durable vulc construction, as well as DuraCap and UltraCush technologies. In addition, the Rapidweld technology does away with unnecessary seams, replacing them with heat sealing that makes the shoes more durable overall. The shoe comes in two colorways: one’s all-black and one’s asphalt-black. So both black, we guess.
