The new Palace decks

The new Palace decks

Whenever people unacquainted with skateboarding ask us, "Dear people from Bonkers, it really important what graphic you have on your board when you're going to slide it off anyway?" We reply "Well of course it fucking matters what kind of graphic is printed on my board, are you stupid? Now get outta our way we have to collect food stamps because we spent all our money on board graphics and beautifully designed insoles." That being said, we'd rather blow what little cash we make on nice skateboards than on useless shit like insurance or our retirement fund. Anyway, the new Palace Skateboards drop is likely to make our wallets bleed like the wrists of a teenager with an attention deficit and a couple of discount razor blades. The Brits don't fuck around, we can tell you that much. While they've added some crazy color ways to their already eye-challenging Trippy series, they went all artsy with renowned concept artist John Knight on a collab that will make you look like an art student with money. Also, they glow in the dark, which is helpful if you're one of those obnoxious show-off skaters that bring their boards to a rave because they hope it's gonna help with the girls since they're too distracted by the coolness that emanates from your skateboard to give two shits about your ugly-ass face. For those of you who fancy themselves coinnaisseurs of skateboarding culture and feel the dire need to communicate your level of skateboard sophistication by way of your board graphic, Palace has just the right thing for your: because Kalis (as in Josh Kalis) sounds kinda like Palace (have a little imagination, will you?), there's own a great graphic that mocks Josh Kalis' Alien Workshop pro deck. Get it now while Alien's lawyers are sharpening their pencils. In addition, Palace Skateboards have updated their classic team rider boards, one for Lucien Clarke and one for Chewy Cannon and released their Golf GTI series in which they pay homage to one of the greatest cars ever made. Not that we would know anything about cars - we'd rather buy skateboards.
